DMCA Policy
Last revised: 3 November 2026
All text on transvideocall.com was written for this guide. Should you spot something that belongs to you, send word via the form so that the report can be reviewed. There is no public mailbox.
1. How to file a notice
Open the Support form and pick the subject "Copyright". Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) a notice should contain the following points; plain language is perfectly fine:
- a description of the work you hold rights in;
- the exact address on transvideocall.com where you found the material in question;
- your name and a way to reach you, for example a reply address entered in the form;
- your declaration of good faith belief that this use was not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a declaration under penalty of perjury confirming the details above are true and naming you as holder of the right, or as someone its holder has appointed;
- your physical or electronic signature, where a typed full name is enough.
Complete notices are looked at, and material is removed where needed. If we remove something and know who added it, we tell that person what happened.
2. Counter-notice
Anyone whose material was removed may answer using that same form. Such a reply should identify what was taken down and its earlier location, include a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from an error or a misidentification, give a name and contact details, and accept that the federal district court covering the sender's address has jurisdiction. When 10 to 14 business days pass with no word from the original complainant about a court case, we are free to put the material back online.
3. Repeat infringement
Readers cannot post anything on this guide, so no user accounts exist. Should that ever change, accounts that infringe repeatedly would be closed.
4. Sexual images of minors
This guide shows no images of people at all. If you come across sexual material involving a minor anywhere online, report it without delay to the NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678) and to your local police. Let us know as well if any link on this site ever led you to such content; we remove it at once.
